The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, being close to Terminal 4. The room we were given wasnice and neat, and it had all the amenities we needed for a weekend stay. The staff at the reception were friendly and cute, providing excellent customer service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really good, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The hotel facilities were great, with anice and neat room that had plenty of space to move around. The 24/7 room service was a great convenience, and the bar and restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the airport and easy to reach via the free train. the breakfast served at the hotel was excellent.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

The staff at Crowne Plaza were unbelievably helpful and polite, and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotless, quiet, and had relaxing areas. The extra large TV in the room was a bonus. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes undercover walk from Heathrow Terminal 4.
Felt privileged, no reason to complain.

This hotel was conveniently located a short distance from the airport and easily accessible by a free train. The breakfast provided in the brasserie was of good quality and there were common areas available to relax. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with all necessary facilities available. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, adding to my enjoyable stay.
The restaurant service was slow and could have been improved.

We loved staying at this hotel which was very convenient for getting to Terminal 4. We really appreciated the warm welcome from the staff who were always available to help. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed including a comfortable bed and good selection of drinks. The restaurant was fantastic with great food and service. we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay here.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and comfort.
